Usage numbers — SendXa

A report on the last thirty days: how many transfers, how many files arrived, and how many of them went straight between the two machines without touching the server. Counted by the service itself, current as of the moment you load this page.

How much goes device-to-device

When the network allows it, the two browsers connect directly and the file never passes through the server. Faster, and it costs nobody bandwidth. The rest is relayed through the server, still without touching disk.

This ledger tracks nobody

Each day the ledger holds nothing but RUNNING TOTALS: sessions, files, bytes, which route each file took, how many people got through each step, and why a direct connection failed when it did. No row ties back to a person, and no number belongs to anyone in particular.

No file names

No file names recorded, no session IDs.

No IP addresses

No IP logged, no guess at where you are.

No tracking

No tracking cookies, no user profile.

No file contents

Nothing read, nothing kept of what you send.

The ledger keeps 90 days, then old ones drop out.

That is enough to read a quarter of trend and to trace a fault.
